What the Webinar Includes

1. Establish a Deep Bond

Develop a genuine connection with the mini horse or donkey that naturally chooses to engage with you.

2. Learn to Communicate Effectively

Explore communication through intention, energy, touch, thought awareness, and subtle physical cues.

3. Create Safety and Trust

Learn how vulnerability, patience, and emotional safety can help a horse overcome fear, anxiety, and stress.

4. Practice Mindful Presence

Develop the ability to stay fully present, allowing every movement and interaction to arise from inner peace, calmness, and relaxation.

5. Achieve Harmony

The goal is to cultivate a calm, attentive, relaxed, connected, and confident companion who trusts you wholeheartedly.

6. Become the Lead Horse

Using a heart-centred approach, learn to create your "bubble" of connection with the herd. Gain your horse's trust, attention, respect, and companionship in a mindful and compassionate way.

Horses are herd animals, much like humans. We are not designed to be alone, and neither are horses or donkeys. Healthy connection is essential for both.

7. Discover Your Ego States

Your horse always has a choice.

·         Why does the horse choose to stay with you?

·         Why does it move away?

·         Does it become passive or dominant?

·         Which ego state within you is connecting with the horse?

Horses live fully in the present moment and remain highly aware of their environment. As prey animals, they naturally respond to potential threats through fight-or-flight instincts.

This is why remaining present, grounded, and heart-centred is so important. When your thoughts, emotions, and actions are aligned, authentic connection becomes possible.

Understanding the "Bubble"

The bubble is the invisible space of trust, connection, and communication that develops between you and your horse.

Within this space, connection occurs through:

·         Thought

·         Energy

·         Emotion

·         Presence

·         Trust

·         Love

As harmony develops, bonding deepens and both horse and human experience greater safety, understanding, and connection.

The Four Phases of EAT

Phase 1: Thought

Become aware of the invisible thoughts that influence your interactions.

Phase 2: Energy

Recognise the emotions and energy you project. Learn to respond from love rather than fear.

Phase 3: Body Awareness

Observe visible body language and subtle cues. Learn to earn your space through mindful presence and attentiveness.

Phase 4: Action

Choose intentional actions that clearly communicate your message and support your horse's learning and development.

Healing and Self-Discovery

You will have the opportunity to revisit and understand your ego states and past emotional experiences.

Horses often mirror our emotions, fears, and patterns, providing powerful insights into ourselves and our relationships.

Develop:

·         Mental strength

·         Wisdom

·         Emotional resilience

·         Self-awareness

·         Leadership skills

·         Authentic connection

The Power of Touch

Experience the calming practice of offering your horse a gentle grooming session.

Mindful touch helps strengthen:

·         Trust

·         Bonding

·         Safety

·         Respect

·         Communication

While also supporting healthy boundaries and mutual understanding.
